NeedaCrew is where film and TV crew and producers find each other and lock in the deal. The reason to keep it on the platform is simple: the money is protected until the job's done, and everyone's working off a real track record.

Producer pays by card
Booking is confirmed and the producer pays the crew rate plus the 10% NeedaCrew fee by card. That fee is what keeps the site running independently. No chasing invoices, no Venmo, no cash.
The payment is protected
The funds are captured up front and protected - not sitting in a group chat or a promise. The crew is booked and knows the money is real.
The job gets done, both sides confirm
Crew mark the job complete, the producer confirms it. If anything goes wrong, either side can open a dispute and a real person reviews it - the payment stays put until it's resolved.
Released to the crew's account
On confirmation, the payment is released straight to the crew member's own verified account and out to their bank. Crew keep 100% of their rate.
