The platform launched in 2026 after the 2024–2025 major-studio layoffs displaced tens of thousands of production workers. Founder Austin Bailey built it in response to watching close friends walked out of studio jobs with no off-platform network to fall back on. The core model: crew keeps 100% of their rate; the 10% service fee is paid by the hirer, not the worker getting hired. The platform covers 40+ US and Canadian markets at launch, with mobile apps coming to iOS and Android in 2026.
