A $1,500 job (say $500 a day for three days) carries our 10% fee: $150.

You get paid
25% of that fee, $37.50, lands in your balance. Every job, for 12 months, on both sides of the booking.

Payouts
Payouts go to the same Stripe account crew use to get paid for jobs. Connect it once and every payout after that is automatic.
The fine print, in normal words
Your share is 25% of NeedaCrew's service fee on a booking, never a cent of the crew member's pay. It counts on paid bookings where someone you referred is the crew or the producer, for 365 days from the day they joined. Refunded or cancelled bookings do not count. Balances of $25 or more are paid by Stripe Connect. Referring yourself, fake accounts, or paid ads on the NeedaCrew name end the arrangement. Members 18 and over only. We can change the rate for future bookings with 30 days notice; what you have already earned is yours.
